Listing Terms | Hair by Swedes

Hair by Swedes is operated as a By Pernheim venture. These terms apply when you ask us to publish a listing for your individual professional hairdressing services abroad.

Your information and content

Provide truthful, current professional information, including your Swedish training or background, location and contact details. You must own submitted images and content or have permission to use them and allow Hair by Swedes to display them with your listing. Please keep your profile current and tell us about changes.

Review and publication

Every listing is reviewed by Hair by Swedes before publication. Please provide at least one public professional link. We may contact you for additional information; proof is requested individually if needed, not routinely collected through the form.

We may approve or decline a submission, edit it for formatting or clarity without materially misrepresenting you, or suspend or remove a listing where appropriate, including if information is misleading, outdated, unsuitable or raises a concern. Submission does not guarantee publication or continued inclusion. Review and approval are not certification, endorsement or a guarantee of qualifications, competence or safety.

A directory, not a service provider

Hair by Swedes is a discovery and directory listing service only. It is not a salon, employer, recruitment or job-placement service, booking agent or payment provider. We do not guarantee any hairdresser, service, result, qualification, conduct, safety or transaction.

Clients contact and contract with hairdressers directly. Hair by Swedes is not party to those arrangements and does not arrange appointments or handle payments.

Your professional responsibilities

Hairdressers remain solely responsible for their services, professional and legal compliance, prices, appointments, clients, taxes and business obligations, insurance where applicable, and keeping their profile information current. Clients and hairdressers should confirm relevant details directly before agreeing to a service.

Availability and reasonable limits

We aim to keep the directory useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or independently confirm every statement or subsequent change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hair by Swedes is not responsible for losses arising from services or arrangements between clients and hairdressers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will be available here; material changes affecting active listings will be communicated where appropriate.
